In the mid eighties, Malcolm Clay Gerngross was directly involved in establishing a unique methodology for small-scale food/feed processing within Texas A&M University's Food Protein Center. After two decades serving the University, Mr. Gerngross established GLP Technologies in 2005 as a private firm and expanded numerous commodities/procedures.
The vision for GLP was to harness the resources of his team’s collective experience and expand upon their technical and administrative capabilities to provide a unique solution for clients. For almost 20 years, GLP Technologies has continued to provide small-scale food and feed processing services for companies within the biotech and agrichemical sectors.
